What to have handy
- Government-issued photo ID
- Recent pay stubs and W-2s (or tax returns if self-employed)
- Recent bank and asset statements
- For VA loans: your Certificate of Eligibility or DD-214 (I can help request the COE)
- For refinances: your current mortgage statement and homeowners insurance declarations page
- For investment properties: leases or rent schedules, if available
